What is Yoga Therapy?
•Customized private sessions combining gentle movement and breathing practices specific to your condition.
•Works beyond symptom management to improve how your body parts function relative to each other.
•Hands on approach integrating pressure point and myofascial release techniques of ThaiMassage when needed.
It combines yoga postures, breathing practices and meditation techniques specific to your condition, to create ease and movement in your body's connective tissues, to help you unravel in ways that shift pain-responses and dis-"ease" in your body.
Our approach to yoga therapy helps clients:
•Alleviate SI joint, back, knee, hip and neck pain
•Rehabilitate and recover from surgery or injury
•Minimize the effects of disease such as Cancer, Fibromyalgia, MS, Chronic Fatigue, Crohn’s, Ankylosing Spondylitis
