Emergencies:
If you are unable to get an appointment in an emergency situation, please leave your name and phone number with the staff and they will have one of the therapists contact you. We will do our best to help you as quickly as possible.
Waiting List:
We always do our best to accommodate you when booking appointments but if you are unable to get a time that you are wanting, please place your name on a cancellation list with our staff. †As we do have cancellations occasionally, we will do our best to get you in as soon as possible.
Cancellation policy:
Please allow 24 hours for cancellations as we always keep a waiting list, please call if you are unable to make your appointment to allow us time to fill that appointment with someone else that needs it. Same day cancellations a 50% charge maybe applied to your account. Late cancellations or No-shows will be charged in full to your account.
We welcome your feedback. It helps us to consistently improve our service to you.
